The breakfast included a full english breakfast option! it featured fresh fruits and a wide variety of cereals. staff members were friendly and courteous. I was checked in quickly upon arrival. i especially appreciated the comfortable beds and pillows after a long trip.

I found the location ideal for airport access, particularly to terminal 5. Getting to the M4 was easy when I left. The room was tidy and well-kept, so I appreciated that. Breakfast offered a good variety. Suman was very helpful with my questions.
The shower gel dispenser in my bathroom was empty. This was a small inconvenience.

i found the bp pulse ev charging station very helpful. the staff members were always smiling. i really enjoyed the great attentive service. felix at the dining area was pleasant and helpful, going above and beyond!
the pillows were super soft, though i prefer something firmer to sleep on.

the staff member lima was very helpful during breakfast. the room was very clean and tidy each day, a plus for me. the front desk staff were also friendly. i found an m&s shop located just across the street.
i noticed that the hotel entrance was quite busy and noisy. it wasn't very relaxing upon arrival.

The location was excellent. i found it very easy to access from terminal 4 using the free train service. Better signs at the terminal would help others locate the pedestrian route. the breakfast buffet included many options. I liked the full english breakfast, fresh fruits, various cereals, juices, and machine-brewed coffee!
